Where We Build & Deliver
Every ZBR tiny home is built by hand in our Benalla, Victoria workshop — and delivered Australia-wide, from Melbourne and regional Victoria to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and everywhere between.
One Workshop, Built By Hand
Every ZBR tiny home starts and finishes in the one place: our workshop at 12 Irwin Road, Benalla, in regional Victoria. Steel chassis, frame, insulation and fit-out are all built in-house by licensed master builders, using genuine Australian steel and materials — nothing outsourced, nothing imported.
Building locally in Benalla doesn't mean we only build for locals. Wherever you are in Australia, your ZBR tiny home is built to the same standard, in the same workshop, before making its way to you.

Delivery Questions
Do you deliver outside Victoria?
Yes — every ZBR tiny home can be delivered Australia-wide. Delivery cost and timeframe depend on distance and site access, so get in touch for a tailored quote to your location.
Do I need to visit Benalla to order?
Not necessarily — many enquiries are handled over phone and email, with photos and video of the build along the way. That said, you're always welcome to visit the workshop in person.
How is my tiny home delivered?
Each ZBR tiny home is built on its own chassis and towed or transported to site once complete. We'll talk you through site access requirements as part of your enquiry.
